With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Tamer played a pivotal role in the foundation of Sanctum Hospitality, applying his extensive experience and operational knowledge to help shape the company’s early success. As he’s gone back to handle Nile Exploration, he continues to provide valuable support as a Co-Founder.

Taymour developed his expertise in hospitality and service at some of the world’s most distinguished hotels, including his time as assistant manager at the Ritz Carlton’s Center Cut restaurant in Dubai, where he served royalty. Today, he leads Sanctum Hospitality with a hands-on approach actively involved in every aspect of operations, from service to kitchen to guest relations. His refined taste, approachable leadership style, and passion for creating dynamic dining experiences have played a key role in establishing Sanctum’s restaurants as leading destinations in Egypt’s dining scene.

Martin is the creative force behind Sanctum’s culinary identity. Born in Peru and rooted in its rich traditions, he brings flavors from his homeland into every dish, infusing them with precision, soul, and imagination. Since arriving in Egypt, Martin has embraced the culture with passion, blending it seamlessly into his cooking. His influence shapes not just the menu, but the very heart of the company’s culinary vision.
